How the score adds up

  • Every point you earn at an event counts.
  • +50 for playing an event.
  • +300, +200 or +100 for finishing first, second or third. +50 for the rest of the top 10.
  • +25 for each friend you invite who joins and stamps a stop, up to 20 friends.
  • +100 extra once for a verified Halloween stop by October 31, 2026. This head start counts in November 2026.
  • +100 extra once after 5 new friends join from your invitations and make their first verified hunt stop. Your existing friend points stay.
  • Everything under Ways to earn counts too. Reviews pay the same at any rating, once per place.
  • Town quests count too: a tap in at each stop, bingo lines, finished sets and today's dare.
  • This month counts events that ended this month and points earned this month.

Event prizes are set by each event's own rules. This score does not change them.

The year-end party

We're planning a party for the top of the Town Score at the end of 2027. It's tentative, and the date, place and prizes aren't set. Your points count toward it, so the bigger game keeps going between events.
