1. Get posting access
Request access using your business email. An address at your venue’s website domain can receive a key by email. Other addresses go to the team for verification.
2. Use your posting key
Use this key to post an event or connect an events feed. It stays in this page’s memory; paste it again if you reload.
3. Connect an events feed (optional)
Share your website events page, a public Google Calendar or ICS link, or a ticketing page. We check that it opens. If it does, our team looks it over and, once they are happy with it, starts pulling your events in. Nothing goes public before a person has seen it.
For an event on Instagram or TikTok, send its details here for review. Approved events appear on The Fort List.
4. Post an event
Use your posting key above. You can send one event without an events feed; the team reviews it before publication.
Event details stay on this browser for up to 24 hours so you can recover after a connection loss. A confirmation means we received the event; publication follows review.
